In this study, magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized and the surfaces of modified with thiol groups. The chitosan polymer was allyl groups then bound to by thiol-en click reaction. drugs paclitaxel (PTX) doxorubicin (DOX) loaded separately together into prepared hybrid material, drug releases from material studied. aim paper is present results on controlled release DOX PPT cancer chitosan-Fe3O4 at two different pH values (5.0 7.4).
